We would like to inform you that exterior window cleaning will be carried out on the dates below. As a result, some hotel facilities will be temporarily closed during the work.

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Work Details
Exterior window cleaning will be conducted on the Common Building, Hot Spring Building, and Guest Room Buildings.

Please note that cleaning of the windows in the Hot Spring Building will take place during the hot spring cleaning hours, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

As the work will be carried out around the exterior of the buildings, you may see maintenance staff working outside the hotel. Please be assured that they are authorized personnel.
